How To Cook Basmati Rice?

1. Add 1 cup of Suhela Basmati Rice to a bowl and cover with water and soak for 20 minutes
2. Wash and rinse the rice really well, until the water is clear.
3. Drain and add 2 measures of water to one measure of Suhela Basmati Rice to the pan
4. Bring to the boil, then turn the heat all the way down and cover the pan tightly with a lid.
5. Remove lid and leave to stand for 5 minutes. Lightly fork through grains and serve.
